Fire and Ice

Love is an iceberg that burns in the night

surounded by darknes that comes from pure light

It rages within like the fires of hell

pouring over the soul and making it well

It heals ones life as it passes by

Destroying the next with no reason why

it hasn't any eyes to guide in its plight

yet it is the bearer of all gifted sight.
